I'm a Tourism Management graduate with a customer service and sales background that I acquired from my past work experience as a customer service representative at TQS Group in HCMC, Vietnam. Aside from my expertise in customer service, I can also do virtual personal assistant tasks and even travel related ones given my degree in Tourism and extensive travel experiences specifically in all countries in South East Asia. I am also motivated to learn and be part of any task that are unrelated to my expertise as it will enable me to develop career growth while also utilizing my current skills.
