IT Support Onsite and HelpDesk. a Intertron- Ecogas

My main responsibilities encompass helping Ecogas users through VoIP, solving their problems and indicating how to proceed in regards to non-urgent problems through the company’s ticketing system.
Another one of my responsibilities is the solution of tickets in the ServiDesk platform with incidents, requests, projects and other tasks. The tasks in question vary from peripherals replacements to asset replacement (CPU, Notebooks, ThinClient, Cellphones, Tablets, etc), due to different reasons (Obsolescence, equipment failure, updates, etc), setup and updating Windows(7,8,10,11), setup and updating of Microsoft applications, enterprise applications and third party applications, maintenance and troubleshooting Virtual Machines, Asset Management, etc.

IT Support Onsite and Asset Manager. a Atos-FCA Automobiles

The first few months I was part of the team of technicians
In charge of the Asset Replacement Project proposed by FCA. In addition to the Project, I was also in charge of giving support to Users, troubleshoot and solve Hardware problems as well as Software ones, through the ticketing system from Service Now called DriveIT.
The next four months, I was assigned to the Asset Manager position to cover a vacant, however not long after I was made a permanent member of the team due to good performance. My responsibilities encompassed the correct loading and updating of assets through tickets in DriveIT. The creation of queries in the DriveIT tool to facilitate the access and analysis of the data. The creation and maintenance of inventory excel files sorting them by their different states, acquisition methods, location, etc. Creation of weekly and monthly reports requested by FCA, for the correct imputation of costs, the state of the assets, etc. Creation of processes and action plans according to the guidelines and regulations established by FCA.
One of my accomplishments was the improvement of the Asset Management service with the development and implementation of procedures and action plans through extensive meetings with FCA. This was represented in the indicators of the monthly reports with an increase of 40% in regards to their precision.
